Résidence Les Barrats A is located around five minutes’ walk from Place Balmat - the town square - and two minutes from the shops and facilities of Chamonix Sud, which is also the location of the main bus stop. It’s centrally located in a quiet, tree lined-setting.

Finished to a very high standard, this light, airy apartment sleeps 6.  It comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can convert to a double) plus a sofa bed in the living area.  It has a separate bathroom and a WC. Like the living area, both bedrooms have balconies.

The open plan lounge/dining room has a modern, stylish kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and American fridge.  It has two balconies (one with evening sun and views of Mont Blanc) containing chairs and a barbeque. With free access to Wifi, a book and DVD library, and comfortable seating for 6, its a true home from home.  It also has a large ski/bike cellar with a futon bed, washing machine and ample parking.

Its an apartment that works well for families as the children have plenty of outside space to run around within easy sight of the flat.  The cul-de-sac location also gives extra security to the parking area which can be seen from the balconies.

Our well maintainted apartment is fully cleaned before your arrival, with beds made and bath linen provided. Our in-resort team are available throughout your stay to help make your holiday fantastic.
