Résidence Les Barrats A is located around five minutes’ walk from Place Balmat - the town square - and two minutes from the shops and facilities of Chamonix Sud, which is also the location of the main bus stop. It’s centrally located in a quiet, tree lined-setting.

Refurbished to a very high standard, this light, airy apartment sleeps 6.  It comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can convert to a double) plus a sofa bed in the living area.  It has a separate bathroom and a WC.

The open plan lounge/dining room has a modern, stylish kitchen with dish washer.  It has two balconies (one with evening sun and views of Mont Blanc) containing chairs and a barbeque. With free access to Wifi, a book and DVD library, a large ski/bike cellar with a washing machine and ample parking, its a true home from home
